According to Colliers International, notable deals concluded in 2Q 2013 include an 883-sq ft freehold unit on the 17th floor of Samsung Hub at Church Street in the Raffles Place/New Downtown micro-market which reportedly changed hands at $3,500 per sq ft in April 2013, the highest unit price achieved at the development.
SEB Asset Management also recently sold a 10,333-sq ft 99-year leasehold office outfit on the 14th floor at Springleaf Tower along Anson Road for $22.7 million or $2,200 per sq ft, the highest unit price ever achieved at Springleaf Tower.

In 2Q 2013, 135 Cecil Street, a 14-storey freehold office block along Cecil Street, was rumoured to have been sold for about $182 million. This translates to a unit price of around $2,200 per sq ft based on its net lettable area of 83,076 sq ft.
