The Cambodian airport was placed 10th out of 15 in the survey by Agoda.com – which asked customers to 15 of the continent’s best city airports, to rate their experiences.
Travellers to these airports were asked to give an overall rating on a scale of one (poor) to five (excellent).
More than 11,000 people were surveyed.
Phnom Penh achieved an average rating of 3.14, but below first placed Singapore Changi Airport who came in first with 4.37.
Second spot went to Hong Kong International Airport with 4.13 and third was Seoul’s Incheon International Airport with a score of 4.01.
In fourth was Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport with a score of 4 and in fifth place was Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport with 3.79.
