Customer and employee satisfaction specialist ORC International has appointed four new members of staff in its Singapore office.

Howard Dee joins as Strategic Research Director, with a consulting background including five years with New York-based Mitchell Madison and four years at Synovate. In the latter role, he was jointly responsible for establishing the Ipsos Business Consulting practice in the Philippines.


Ingrid Rix takes up the post of Research Manager, after working at The Research Pacific Group as a Research Project Manager, and at TNS as an SRE. She began her career at PRM International in Spain.


Hien Ha becomes a Strategic Research Analyst. Before joining ORC International, she served as an intern at Asia Insight and Visa Worldwide.


Idya Nurhazlyn becomes Administrative Manager, supporting the research team in Singapore with analysis, reporting and secondary research. During her career to date, she has served in a range of marketing roles at companies including Sistic.com, HotShoes Malaysia and Peoples Association.


ORC says the appointments are part of its continued investment in its in-house capabilities, in response to a growing demand from both local and global markets.
