One-stop visa application centre opens

SINGAPORE: Travellers who need a visa to Australia, New Zealand and the UK can do so at a newly launched centre.

The visa application centre is an initiative under the Five Country Conference (5CC) which has been formed.

It will be run by VFS Global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for diplomatic missions and governments.

The 5CC said the centre is a collaborative effort to provide a convenient and seamless visa application process for the five countries.

It’s also aimed at jointly tackling visa and identity frauds that has plagued the immigration systems from time to time.

The 5CC Visa Application Centre is located 20, Cecil Street, #11-02 to 05, Equity Plaza, Singapore 049705.

It will be opened from 8am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays.
