CSC Holdings pops the champagne on $200m foundation deals


As at April this year.



According to OSK, engineering company CSC Holdings clinched two more deals and has grown its total value of foundation contracts in Singapore and the region to SGD200m since its latest financial year began in April. 



The company was awarded two foundation contracts: one for the future Terminal 4 at Changi Airport, and the other for the redevelopment of two buildings along Robinson Road.



The contract for Terminal 4 will see the company build the foundations for the airport terminal, ancillary buildings and infrastructure. The value of the second contract is about SGD20m for works at Robinson Towers and the adjacent International Factors Building.



The company previously had order book win worth SGD100m for HDB projects, private residential developments, commercial developments and industrial facilities.



Outside of Singapore, the company has won contracts worth more than MYR130m (SGD50.1m) in Malaysia since April 1. The company’s order book stood at SGD230 million as at Thursday, and it expects to complete the bulk of its projects over the next six months.
