Luckee duck ($22 for two, $42 for four) is a Cantonese barbecued breast, its skin so crisp it shatters, with fixings the server gestures over like a Price is Right spokesmodel: cucumber, green apple and leek batons, hoisin sauce and a bowl of lumpy, cranberry-orange jam that recalls Thanksgiving. It is not Peking duck, says Lee, but “a very social experience” of wrapping meat in pancakes.
