Legend to go local


AUSTRALIA will have yet another cruise ship visiting for a season next year.


In response to demand for trips aboard Sydney-based Carnival Spirit, Carnival Cruise Lines will deploy sister ship Carnival Legend from Sydney from September 24 next year for the summer season.


The 2680-guest ship will undergo a dry-dock refurbishment before heading to Australia for a series of South Pacific cruises.


Full itineraries and prices will be available later this month and bookings open next month.
