Focus Network Agencies and Lagardère Services triumph in Changi confectionery tender

SINGAPORE. Focus Network Agencies and Lagardère Services Singapore (LS travel retail) have been awarded the airside Chocolate/Candy/Delicatessen concessions at Singapore Changi Airport after a highly competitive open tender.
Focus Network Agencies, trading as The Cocoa Trees and Cocoa Co, respectively, won the contracts for terminals 1 and 3.
Lagardère Services Singapore, trading with the So Chocolate and The Chocolatier brands, was awarded the T2 concession.
The contracts run for three years with a two-year extension option at Changi Airport Group’s discretion.
Besides the victors, Changi Airport Group also received bids from Nuance-Watson (Singapore), Heinemann Retail Distribution (Singapore), King Power Group (HK) and Hotel Lotte Duty Free.
The T1 concession runs from 1 October 2014 to 30 September 2017 and 11 April 2015 to 10 April 2018. The T2 concession runs from 12 March 2015 to 11 March 2018 and 1 May 2015 to 30 April 2018, respectively.
The T3 concession runs from 24 March 2015 (or upon the date of handover of the premises) for one outlet and 9 June 2015 to 8 June 2018 for the other, respectively.
