What is in it: VitaBrightKX. This is a patent-pending complex that does not contain the usual brightening ingredients, which can be harmful (namely hydroquinone, kojic acid or MAP). Instead, it is made of kakadu plum extract, which is packed with vitamin C, and citrus unshiu peel extract, from the Japanese fruit, which inhibits melanin and thus helps fade dark spots. Also in the mix are African birch, safflower seed oil, and the Jurlique proprietary biodynamic blend. The mask itself is made of cellulose, or wood pulp. Jurlique’s natural commitment means there are also no sodium sulphates, parabens, alcohols, artificial colours or fragrances.
